Allow us to add some flavor to your meeting. We're talking about banquet and catering menus with seasonal, straight-from-the-farm fare. All private dining and catering services at Hotel Solamar are done right here by Jsix restaurant and its celebrated chef, Christian Graves.
Graves has a thing for artisan produce, local ingredients and fresh seafood that reflects our bright, clear coast. Menus are completely customized, and you can choose from buffets, plated meals or passed hors d'oeuvres. Imagine kicking off a breakfast meeting with just-baked pastries and fresh fruit. Or lingering over lunch with marinated artichoke salad with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Night may fall with passed spicy chilled prawns and wild mushroom mascarpone tarts. In addition to our varied menus, we have a private dining room within Jsix called the Fez Room, which seats up to 50 guests. It has hosted everything from business dinners to birthday celebrations, and puts your guests in the middle of our exciting culinary scene.
